O-ring in link chain rivet torn..

Yeah, after doing some research, seems to be the general consensus. Just keep it well lubed then pull chain and sprockets and check for wear, etc..
Yeah, the o-rings just keep the lube in and the dirt out of the inner pins.
I wouldn't be concerned about it, and if it's the master link, then it's an easy fix.

My new '14 CRF250R came with a non o-ring unit. I was shocked how quickly it failed. Should have installed an o-ring on her before the first ride and saved the sprockets.
