Abba superbike stand problem

So I got the stand and got it put together but I can't lift the bike. It doesn't even start to lift, just wants to slide.

I'm no muscle guy but I'm not a weakling either. How hard is this supposed to be???

Ideas?

No, I was trying to muscle it up with my arm instead of keeping my arm straight like in the YouTube video.

Welcome to the club! Same thing happened to mine the first time. You have to just grab the handle and confidently pull like you are a CEO. If not, it'll slide!

I don't think it likes being on carpet either.

So now I think I really do have a problem. After one use the left brace seems like it may be bending. Paint is cracked on both sides of the brace.

Won't be using it again until I hear from Abba.

Thoughts?

That bent brace/leg is way too light by the looks, if it was me I’d send it back for a refund and go and buy pit bull stands front and rear.

Thats very odd i still have mine when i had the Gen2 & BKing didnt have the issues you have.
