Clean everything put back together,First checked the pump to make sure it works, put back together.Turn the bike on no fuel pump noise! Fuel pump fuse brother

+1 That was my first thought too...

Also, check your connector to ensure it's plugged in. Done this plenty of times myself, and after scratching my head realized it was something that simple.

Sometimes people just don't have a good enough response brother. It sucks, but yeah... It happens. Hope you get it squared away... Keep us updated, we'll get you rolling again one way or another. :-)

Thanks for the reply brothers but everything you guy's said i've checked! No blown fuse, connector is right, checked tip over switch, kick stand and nothing! Even checked to see if power going to the pump with a test light it is! No codes only code is c00 which means everything is ok! At this point it could only be the pump!

Apply direct power to the pump (as if u were looking to drain the tank). I can't remember exactly what wire color it is, but if you get nothing, it's the pump. If the pump runs, it's something in the circuit.

Sounds like you checked it with a light, but I would put power directly on the pump and see if it runs. If it does something has it interlocked. http://everythinggsxr.com/pdf/hayabusa_99-07.pdf

There's a fuel pump relay too, but that's stretching it.

I'm not familiar with the internal pump but did you put back the connectors properly inside the pump? wires crossed?

Before i took it apart read the manual and then took pictures of the pump and all the wires to make sure it goes back right! Tested the pump by putting power to from the battery the pump worked, put it back together and put it back in the tank nothing!

Check to see if you're getting coil voltage on the fuel pump relay. If you're not then you need to check the circuit to see what's holding it low. If you are, check to see if it's sending voltage to the fuel pump. If it's not replace the relay, if it is troubleshoot the circuit until you find the opening in the circuit.

Make sure all the wires are pushed on the connectors real good. I have unplugged them and the wires pull out of the connectors some. If you replace the whole assembly get a gen2 one and splice your connector on it. They are a lot cheaper to buy on eBay and work great.

Well got it to work! It was a grounding problem! If you guy's ever take your fuel pump apart do not put back the ground wire from the fuel pump back where it was before you took it apart, it will not work! All can say is Suzuki a slick ass company!
