More than a decade ago, I was walking to the Smithsonian in D.C., I saw this quote engraved on the top of a beautiful stone building.

When I got to the front of the building, sure enough, I.R.S.

Problem is, I dont think it's so civil, and I'm paying more than ever ???

the problem is that a small percentage of people actually pay taxes.....

and they are not the ones using all the services and reciving the benefits from "welfare programs".

Tax brings separation of classes and belief from the ones who collect it they are better than ones paying.
State revenue methods yes but still no on any federal levied taxes.
