A few weeks ago I called one of my local dealers to see about the regulator recall. The guy I spoke with said that I had to come in to order the part then come back another day to have it installed.
So today since I was off work and felt like taking a ride I went to the dealer to order the part.
The service guy/ owner said he has one in stock. He got the part, I signed a paper, and in less then 20 minutes I was out the door.
Just that little bit of good service made my day.
