Found this gem on another board .. This just may be one of the worst videos ever

That is an "attraction stand" just outside of Harrah's casino in Vegas near an outdoor bar/band area. It is a stationary bike in front of a green screen like they use in the movies. It is funny as hell to be there and see drunk people on it, but usually I have had a few as well when walking by.
