Will an 05 engine work with a 2000 harness, computer and gauges?

I have a hayabusa sandrail everything is from a 2000 Busa, gauges harnesses and computer. I blew 2nd and cracked both cases. I found an 05 Busa engine. My question is will it work with my electronics, computer, harness and gauges?

The engine itself should. As long as you keep all your electronics the same year.

You have to use the crank rotor aka flywheel from the 2000 engine. Make sure you use it in the 05 engine

Yes. Swap the flywheel then it's bolt and go
