Why are my front brakes chirping?

why are my front brakes chirping , it didn't start till I had
my chrome rims on. I took it back and they loosened and
retightned and it still chirps and squeals

Check your pads for wear. If they are still good, open your valves and depress the pistons fully. They sometimes get stuck after service. Go ahead and bleed the system while you are at it.
