Whos Busa is this?!?

Speaking of feedback, anyone else check out the auctions that he got feedback from? The ones that are checkable are for things like herbal viagra, penis enlargement pills, etc... a couple thong bikinis. The only one he was actually a seller in is an "invalid" eBay Motors auction that isn't in existance anymore. Wanna bet that it was jerked for being a scam?

I do not have any copywright protection on these photoz .I thought I would share them with some of the Playaz on the few sites I that I hang out at. So basically the biatch azz punk is being very misleading by using my photoz to sell a Busa he "may" have >>>>not the one he is advertising in the photos. So on that note I wouldn't by from the azz even if had one in mint condition.

That's where you're wrong, broh. The photographer who takes the photos has copyright rights whether or not they are registered. It'd be a waste of time to try and get anything out of him though, unless he actually gets money out of this scam though. He pretty much has to profit from the use of your photos. It'd be shaky as to whether or not this would constitute a profit from the photos unless he sold the pix themselves. It'd come down to a judge's opinion.

Anyway, I reported this auction to eBay and have contacted the highest bidder. Crap like this should be stopped ASAP before someone does something crazy like offering to send him money to end the auction early.

Did I mention that I hate a fuggin' thief? The best part of my job is nabbin' a low life that takes something he hasn't earned from someone who worked hard for it.

And to think. I wondered if I'd ever find a use for that emoticon. Quite fitting with the above statement I'd say.

Guys, guys, guys......... I already reported this to E-bay first thing after reading the original post! Ks......

Mind sharing how you contacted them? I found a way but it wasn't exactly designed for reporting fraudlent auctions. I also flunked them on the user survey since I searched for several minutes without ever finding a direct way to report a scam. They'll get my report but it'll prolly have to be rerouted, costing time and possibly costing someone some money.

It was a royal pain in the bottom....... Just like you said took about ten minutes to find the correct link. Wouldn't do it again for anyone/anything......, Sorry Rhythm.

I done this after I sent the dumbazz a nasty-gram when I first got wind of it.

Where can I find some info on this :super:

I bet if eBay themselves actually stood to lose anything on a scam there'd be a lightning quick way of reporting a suspected scam! :cussing:

Good lQQkn out Playaz! When I read the part about infringement (copywright) it didn't mention anything about photos >>>>>>> so I quit searching . I couldn't agree more as to how confusing they (ebay) make it to report an issue.

Yeah, make yourself the highest bidder and tell him you want to exchange money and bike personally. ;) ... then drop the hammer on that biaach azz punk!

I sent them another e-mail telling them the photo's in the ad are your personal property! Asking them to remove them imediately...............

Yeah, I researched all that stuff when I was seriously into photography and posting a lot of photos on the web. Hope it helps you out somehow. ;)

I e-mailed all the bidders so he couldn't scam any of the others somehow. Nice Goin' guys watch out for our fellow members and future members alike. I welcomed all the bidders to look for themselves on the board and told them where it was. I'd like to beat that dudes #@#^%$%& , I hate a thief!!!!!!

Yeah, I sent the high bidder a direct link to this thread. Also sent the link to eBay. I guess I should cruise eBay motors occasionally just to see if I spot my bike, or anyone else's from here, in a scam auction.

Go get em guys, this whole deal is fishy since there is no reserve price and you can buy it now for $4K??? Not to mention those are not pics of the actual bike, keep us posted playaz.
