Who knows about the wiring system in the busa?

I purchased an alarm system and have some questions for anybody who knows....

1) Does the busa disable the engine by grounding or floating?

2) Which color wire should i use for connecting the brake light to blink when the alarm is set?

3) Which color wire, and where is it located, is the engine killer?

If anybody has gone through this before, i would appreciate the help.

Sorry - I usually don't leave my Busa anywhere that it could be stolen. It's either in my garage or I'm riding it. At work I can see my parking space from my window - about 50 feet away.
