I have three hoses coming from the plenum. One 1/2" hose from the rear and two 1/4 hoses from the underside of the front. Can I "T" into any of these for a boost gauge?

No, you cannot. You can "t" into either one of the two 1/4 hoses coming off the front of the plenum, but you will only see boost on your gauge, and not vacuum. If you have a gauge that shows both vacuum and boost, you need to tie into a few of the signal hoses coming off the throttle bodies to see vacuum.
