Where do you buy side tank gripper pads?

Anyone know where to find clear gripper pads for the side of the gas tank? Read about them in Cycle World on a race bike and sounds like a great idea for control and protection of the paint, but can't find them anywhere. I know, I could put a bra on but I don't prefer that look. Anyone using these?

Thanks for the link- I looked and saw they have no Busa-specific, and recommend the universal fit. Is that what you did, is there a lot of cutting and trimming, and how does it look and ride?

P.S.- Why DO they cost so much??
