What Would you do???

I really could care less. But for me there are a bunch of guys lined up to do what this guy was doing so why put up with him? A pro racer represents the team and sponsors. Obviously this rider thinks racing is all about him so he needed a paradigm shift. it maybe harsh to end his career for one mistake but the next rider doesn't get a shot at all unless this guy goes. that the way it works for most of us.
