good question...

I'm sure the draggers will chime in soon, but I think it would also depend on the track conditions and bike characteristics (performance mods).

Mostly heard of votes for Shinkos, though...at lower PSI.

mickey mcr2,ultra,then mcr,this is order of hooking. order of lasting the ultra will last longer than the mickey on the street,the mickey will last about 25 miles if you ride it on the street and it can be brand new when you ride it out the shop.Ask me how i know,almost the most expensive ride i took.

if you are strickly at the track go with a MCR2 ($205), if you do mostly street racing but a lot of track go with a ultra shinko ($145), if you do mostly street racing and little track go with a pilot power ($155)

If you are running anything less than 250 horse, a Shinko will do fine at the track. Nothing will hook on asphalt anyway, so why spend the extra loot? A 003 lasts about 5k with severe drag strip abuse for about $130.
