What should I do?

I left my bike in the different garage for more than 6 months without battery tender. I didn't know such thing until now after i did the search. I have an 08 busa with the LED underlight. Everytime I tried to start the bike first time on the day it won't fire right up. I had to do it many time then it fire up. Should I change the battery or get it charge?

Make sure the battery gets a full charge and a regular charger. If you still have problems with it starting get the battery load tested. If the load test fails you will need a new battery.
