What should i look for?

I split the case last night on my 07. It jumped in and out of 2nd gear almost like the drive chain was super loose. It jumped more on the nitrous than on the motor. The only thing that stood out to me was some wear on one of the arms on the small shift fork. Don't make sense to me because the wear is in a verticle direction and the fork slides horazontaly. The dogs dont apear to be rounded. I know i should get 1st and 2nd back cut. What should i look for? Do you think the wear on the fork is the issue?

All the reading I've done on that problem says undercut 2nd, and make sure the shift fork isn't bent. I haven't seen anyone mention wear in that same spot of the fork. Some similarish threads.

Did all the teeth on the gears look ok?

Yeah i inspected everything to the best of my ability. The only thing i found was wearing on the shift fork. Today at lunch a frienemy offered up 4 and the break on a new zx10 and heads up on my gas. I got to get this back together to defend busa's honer. Around here there are only two busa's standing up to zx10's. Really wish suzuki would strike back with a new big, light, and powerfull busa. Id sign up quick.
