I just got my silver/blue Happybus in May; it meets/exceeds expectations in every way (wow, does it!) except for the rough idle. I'm getting ready to mount Givis and go sport/touring (sounds too tame, would we call it race/touring?) but I would like to resolve this rough idle thing. There is no comfortable idle speed that prevents surging/rough idle... I have checked carb sync with Carb Stix and also the throttle position sensor; airbox valve works as advertised; I've searched this message board for ideas and there are more rough idle questions than solid answers... this bike is 100% stock so far. What's next? Ideas?
