What RPM should you be at?

I was looking at my guages and it seemed to me that my bike was at a high RPM for the speed and gear I was in. Does anyone know what RPM you should be at if you are doing 65 in 6th gear, and 100 in 6th gear?

IDK, but if you're only doing 100mph in 6th, you're really not using the power that engine has to offer. Drop back two gears, man.

But seriously, are you sure your speedo is working correctly? Have you done a sprocket conversion and not added a SpeedoHealer?

I was just cruising, and seemed as if 5000 was high for 100, but i guess that normal.

For a bike that's considered low at that speed, my 750 sits around 7-8K rpm at that speed.

65 in 6th = 3500 rpm's (But I run 190/55's).
I would not know what 100 mph is like!
