87-89...mostly 89. There is no need to run anything higher unless you are running high compression or suffering from detonation problems.

i run 93 octane from sinclair,,im sure it's a little over kill,,but detonation is like taking a hatchet to your pistons

Suzuki manual recomends 87 minimum. I run 87 or 89.

I used to use Sunoco 94 octane with some Cam2. Then again it was in my GSXR750 with the heads done and a piston kit.
