How did you get to become one? Does he just pm you and ask if you want to do it. Or do you have to fly somewhere for a personal interview?

How do i improve my rank? I mean i'm willing to wait if that is standard, but i greatly enjoy status, "not meaning to sound like a jerk of COURSE, 'smirk', but allright.

I'm thinking 15 and out of school for a couple of days for smoking in the boys room. At least from this post he has a better idea of what a mod goes through.
