Hey folks long time no see !

Basically , when I let off the throttle , it feels like the rear end moves around , like the tire is skidding , everything’s tight , ext

what should I look for ? I think I’m going take the rear end off and clean everything up and make sure the wheel and axle are fully aligned

I was thinking maybe a worn swing arm pivot, but the drive chain would "pull the swing arm forward" (from the top or bottom of the rear sprocket) on acceleration or deceleration. Dunno.

Check wheel bearings.

What tires are you running?

There as a thread (or post) a long while back with a similar complaint and it was the tire causing the issue (I think it was a Michelin).

I will have to try and scare that post up but it has been a long while so don't hold your breath.....

Michelin power 6’s , which I do not like at all , under throttle it feels fine , when I get off it snaps the rear end , ( which could be caused by an underlying issue )

I checked out the thread I was looking for and it was a Road 6 that the poster was having issues with not the Power series...

His was wiggling around and made the bike feel unsettled...
