What about some sort of scavenger hunt? An appointed person creates a meaningful jumbled up sentence/word/phrase that has to be deciphered. When deciphered the message leads them to a certain site (file hosting: sendspace), where they will find a conspicuous form of media that will lead them to their next step and on and on until someone reaches the gem at the end..... If specificity is necessary I guess I could draw out a blueprint.

How about this... We could have a contest where members can submit their own pic that they think best describes "Winter and Ready to ride"

the pic could be a bike in the snow, could be weather related or maybe if the weather is good where you are you snap a shot of you in action....

This would be fair to everyone regardless of where you are. I will let some advertisers choose the winners..
