How about multiple contests running through out the year.

Guess what the national average for Gasoline will be on June 21, Sept 21, Dec 21 with cut offs of the first of each of those months to guess.

Guess How many members will be active on this forum, using the first of the month as the date and a cut off of 10 or 15 days prior.

Best story (with proof) of the highest over the limit ticket received Between March 1 and Oct 1 of 2015. Something most would not try for, a fluke if won.
