my wife hasn't done it in fifteen years, so I guess it's on me.

1. Heat thoroughly with hair dryer (start at corners) and just pick away at it. I used a combination of my nail and a hard but flexible silicon grouting scraper.

2. After removal, clean stciky residue with WD-40, wipe with a damp rag and then some wax.

Don't forget all the others as well.

Hot sun to warm up the glue. Finger nail to scrape off sticker. Liquid wrench (ran out of wd-40) to wipe off all the glue. Compound to clean residue. Wax.

I'm lucky she has a good sense of humor. It did look rather difficult to get that sticker off. What would I do without her. LOL

Mine was easy, they delivered the bike with a dent in the tank and the new one had no decals or "S's" on it and looks great. East Cost Power Sports Ft Pierce, Florida is bar none a stand up organization. I brought the bike back two weeks after it was delivered and they still took care of it for FREE!

I used a no acetone nail polish remover. Soak something, I used the wifes make-up cotton pad. Let is sit 5 minutes.
First a clear layer came off, then did it again. After soaking better it came off like this. Sorry can find the pic.
But it really works great.
If you use nail polish remover, clean it well after. Just incase.

I would have wanted the S. Put magnetic tape on it and place it on the tool box. Or fridge.

By the way any extra S's from the tanks sitting around. I sure could go for one.

Oh, you're supposed to take off those warning labels?

What about the warning labels that are on your mattress? Can I remove them using the same methods?

if all those fail, try a 6 pack and a jackhammer.
