What was the deal with reg and title. Some guys in Maine and Mass couldn't title the Canadien models. Where are you? What did the DMV say?

Dave,
   Got mine from a Canadian dealer and had no problem registering here in Mass. Came with all the appropriate paperwork.  Not a title but an NVIS form (New Vehicle Information Sheet I think it was called) that was the equivalent of a title.
