Bug...are you saying you would ride through 3 hours of snow, 4 hours of rain and hail, outrun a few tornados throwing grain silo's at you, smell a few pig farms and sugar beet plants along the way just to not care if your visiting the Purina dog chow factory or the world's 3rd largest ball of twine? I just don't know - If my undies are gona be sweaty and riding up my crack for a 1000 miles I atleast want the destination to include running water....lol

Oh sure you had to state all the fun places to visit in Kansas didn't ya. With all this bickering maybve we should throw Colorado back into the mix. It is more center then the other location and good roads.

Anyhow I spent several months in Olatha and the most exciting part of my day while I was staying there was turning out the light at night and going to bed...lol...Im sure things have changed in the last 12 years...I hope. Oh wait...I forget, was it Kansas City MO that had the boarded up downtown area, all business's moved out and crime even moved out of the area, because the thieves already robbed the cock-roaches more than once.

Johnson county has some nice residental areas...never seen so many wood-shake roofs in 1 area...More Millionares in that county than any other in the nation comparable to size, I believe. Great place to grab a steak...but hey...we have TimberLodge and Outback here in MN also....lol

Colorado would be a great Idea, but doesnt look like anyone suggested it before the vote.

If some of you guys are just looking for the most central location, and not taking into account the destination, then maybe you should stay home. Im looking for good motorcycling roads not just a central location. If the destination is good then its worth travelling for. Im not going to drive 500 miles to be "centrally located" . pick a destination please.
