Amy gives fantastic customer service...They sent me my L Brackets but they were not manufactured properly and did not fit the rack properly.
I took pictures and emailed Amy at CycleVenture.com and she shipped out the proper set the next day...She could not send me prepaid postage because I live in Canada so she said she would reimburse me for shipping.
I emailed her back and asked if she could give me a deal on a Grab Bar and the Aero Spada vii pack instead of reimbursing me for postage and here is what she said:

I think I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know...their customer service is second to none...I am very impressed.
This is a great system...to install or remove it only takes 5 minutes so you can easily remove it after a trip.
