Unusual leak left side of '00

I have started to notice 6-10 drops of fluid on my left boot after riding 30 miles. Don't know when the drops start/end. I have a 30 mile commute, it seems worse in the morning than at night. Any suggestions? Fluid appears brown, so, most likely oil. Bike has 35k on it.

Maybe check the stator cover for leakage, Probably not but its a good place to start.

my guess, or your antifreeze drain hose is right there, but i seriously hope your antifreeze or water isnt turning brown
