The first question is why? There are multiple places you can go in on the oil pan to return oil. You should look at that before you go with any alternatives. Big CC has a nice scavenge pump setup that brings oil back to the starter clutch area. Or, you can go to other places like the clutch cover, or breather cover, valve cover, etc. Returning oil to the oil pan itself would be a gravity-feed situation . . . anything else would require some type of electrical or mechanical scavenge pump.
