Early Release in South Korea. I give it a 9/10 if you just enjoy it as a Transformers Movie.
If you remember watching the Transformers as kids, then you will like this movie. Very nostalgic! Peter Cullen reprised the role of Optimus Prime, which was cool.
I was expecting it to be for kids, but the ENTIRE theater was full of adults. It was funny watching everyone, I mean everyone, glued intently.
It must have been a huge challenge to do the fight sequences. Too many moving parts to render. You will notice that the CG fight sequence between Prime and Megatron is so brief. So is the prior fight sequence between BumbleBee and the Cruiser Cop Decepticon. I attribute this to technical limitations or budgetary constraints.
You'll get a kick out of SoundWave.
