Harbor freight! Its super cheap and works quite well. I do not know the accuracy of it though... If you are looking for spot on perfection you are going to need a more expensive one. My harbor freight one works awesome though for my regular needs.
Doesn't have to be perfect, just dont want to strip threads/snap off bolts.

While we are on the topic of torque wrenches...
I have seen a few do this and its not a good thing. NEVER use a torque wrench to loosen hardware. Torque wrenches are only supposed to use to tighten. Asking,,,, then why do some have the option to reverse it... I dunno but its not a great idea to do so.

I just picked up one from napa for 35 bucks. Seems pretty well built. Looks like the one at sears and its 5-80lbs. Will work for whole bike. I'm gonna test monday when I do the oil and re torque everything to spec
