I would go the easy route and just flush the system and refill with new coolant. It sounds like you have an air bubble in your system. I ride year round, and here in Phoenix we get days where we are over 110 degrees and I do not over heat.

i'm gonna flush the system and use water wetter. do i have to remove the left side fairing?

Sumthin aint right.
I live in So Florida and rode all summer long last yr.
Temps were in the upper 90s+ with same % humidity.
Gauge never goes above the mid-line whether fans are on or off.

You have a Gen 2 Blanca I think they have two fans. Mine sits in heavy traffic it does get hot. iMO the addition of the second is a good idea.
