Throttle thread missing?Notmal?

Hi guys.Just getting back to the bike again.I posted a thread a few weeks ago about the size of the bolts for the throttle housing.Heres a pic where you can clearly see a thread on the 'brake side' and none on the 'tank side'.Is that Normal?

a small x-screw (metric 5 mm i guess) is missing and a "holder" formed like a Y to hold the throttle cable at its place should "hang" at/around the chromed bow (somewhere)

It's blue cuz I used a flashlight
I though Berlin was talking about the plate under the fastener, but I can see that in your pic, backed off...

This bike also has no threads in L-side hole

The bit i circled is the bracket that holds the cables in. The end with the red circle has an open ended bit, kinda looks like a Y. The other end is solid with the hole through it

OK.I had removed that for the pic I took to show the 'no thread' on one side.I have thus piece.
I think I'm good so.Thanks for the help men.
