Throttle Response Question

When I get on it, the bike accelerates strong. When I roll off the throttle it briefly seems to accelerate a little stronger. Could this be caused by a bad TPS sensor? Could there be another cause?

Bike's gonna be laid up a while for a blown fork seal. I plan on doing the fuel filter mod to take the stock filter out of the equation. I have been using berrymans and it works well but I will try the wynns.

This makes sense on full throttle but any idea on why it accelerates harder when backing it off. Is it causing the AFM to go rich?

Check the throttle cables, they may be a bit sticky and not returning immediately, when you start to roll off the throttle.
Just disconnect the cables at the throttle bodies end, roll the throttle on and off a few times, you will soon feel whether they are free or sticky (resistance)
If the are sticky/rough in their action, they may be gummed up (lubed and dried up gummy) or they may have a frayed area in the cable.
Either way, just replace both if there are ANY doubts at all.
