Three rail trailer

Im looking into getting a trailer and see alot of the three rail trailers for sale in my area. Does anyone have any experience with these types? Just curious as to if they are worth anything or have any problems. Thanks.

Trailer w/deck gives ya somewhere to stand when loading. The rail trailers are for lightweight bikes IMHO.
