Thought it was a bluegauge problem

As some may know, I stated that my bluegauges background lights would flicker at idle. I thought it was just the gauges but I noticed that my rear taillight (Clear alternatives) will also flicker at idle. My HID headlight does not flicker however.

Now, I am thinking I have a problem in my bike's electrical system. Anyone have any ideas?

Poor ground that's vibrating with the engine? Stator or rectifier going south? Low idle causing the stator to not produce sufficient voltage?
