Tim, can you get them for an 08 , (passenger) If so, hold me a set. I need to shed the stock pegs.
Steve - what color do you need? Pro-Tek & Comp Werkes are virtually identical. I can't tell the difference actually, slight price difference.
Far as I can tell from this end, Gen-I & Gen-II both use same exact pegs.
Someone confirm that. ???

Well I went ahead and change my pazo levers once again(dimond now), this time i'm pretty happy as this I think is the 4th set in like 5 weeks.... anyhow I order a set of the comp werkes pegs ... they def will look nice once installed....

Make sure you post up some pics of the new comp werkes pegs, I bet we'd all like to see them installed on the bike.

you dont want to see what happend to the pegs at 3am... expensive leason learned...bottom line for me:
1. don't get even when mad..
2. never use the dreamel at 3am
3. never ever ever turn on the cutting wheel at 3am
I think I still have the rear pegs around.. since i distroyed two in right side...
it was funny to me... not so funny for the wife after she saw the bill and how quick things got bad....lol
all i heard from the shop is you might need to shave them a little .... and I damn near cut my fingers of....but the billet is so soft honey,,,, go get me new ones....

I had to specify the 08 when I got the Buell pegs from GSXR1300-T. I am not sure of the difference though.

well as of this week,
1. Had to get rid of the chrome wheels as I really wasn't feelin them, gotz a set of the black chrome and to me looks much better
2. got rid of the shovel and added the mototek tail with tail light modded.
3. new set of corsa 3's since the pilot race where done with a bit unde 1k miles on... nice tires, not much for the street when raining but love um... got a set on standby for the summer.
HERE is what I need help with
sucks living in Hawaii)
1. need to powder coat the rear sets/and pass pegs body (paint not holding the abuse) and find a good set of pegs for them ... pref black
2. Tim wehre can I find the black frame plugs at?
3. waiting on the switchback LEDs for the front...
4. Still debating on painting inner pannels, but It almost in the bag since I will taking the nose off this week to to the LED realy mod anyways...
5. Wat are some decent sources for black chrome parts/pieces?
any opinions?

3. installed teh LP realy to slow the rear blinker rate down, awsome...
4. installed the 1157 housing with amber bulbs (YEAY.. for running lights) until the switchback leds get here
5. I already know that will need a EP-35 relay mod, tested them with my current led relay that slows the rear turn signals, but with the LEDs up front the blikers won't blink)
6. Had to run and hook up a budy (wiring his lights and air ride... that was nice...)
on a side note... you all need to stop making this mods to easy for everyone else.... I can't keep up.... and know she spends more time in the garage waiting for parts...
