Well an accidental shot in the chest, AFTER the history and time-spent because of domestic violence, sounds like BS to me.

That dude shot his wife due to his anger from him getting locked up previously. All of this just happened to occur while they were having "make-up" nookie, a clear violation of them not having contact with each other.
