I saw it the other day but the guy has ZERO feedback and the can looks like it was just tied to the back of the bike with rope and just dragged around. That's an exageration but it does look pretty rough. The seller says it has scratches on bottom. I'd be afraid it'd be warped up and not fit right. The big AS IS was a red flag for me...

You could always contact the guy and ask for close ups of every inch of it.
I've done that b4 with no problems.
