Prince Andrew is criticised for hiring a helicopter, at the taxpayers expense of £6,000, to fly him the 17 miles to the Farnborough International Air Show, where he joined the heads of aeronautical firms for a tour of the display.

Yeah Our Beloved Cammander and Chief would have taken Marine-1. A Sea Stallion Type Helo based on the Jolly Green CH-53. ANYWAY, he would have ridden over in the Helo, with Crew, strap Hangers, SS, and Lunch... Would cost the taxpayers, EASY $2-300 THOUSAND... EASY.

And when this guy goes on vacation it'll cost the smae and MUCH more for all the BS and Air Force One, Plus Support AirCraft, Blah blah... Million, 2 Million a day... No Worries.

At least your PM gets to do his job while the Royals are there to suck up the media coverage...

Everyone here in the states thinks that the President IS a Fuggin celebrity and treats him as such. Clammoring for an Autograph, or a handshake... It's embarrassing.

But I say God Bless the Queen, and the Family. It's nice to have someone to pay attention to other than the friggen White House...
