That is one smokin good deal that you got. I sure wish our friend lived close to me. My '06 LE needs to be repainted with some minor bodywork to the left fairing and tail section. What was the original color of the bike?

Looks good. Love the color, looks like ford Dove Grey. They had it on fox bodies back in the 80s...
If you go with stickers, carbon fiber would lookk good, specially with a few tasty bits of the real thing sprinled in the mix.....

The best part is i gave the dude the entire bike ( in all its rashed up glory) with 450 bucks and he gives me back the way it looks. All the shops wanted at least 900 bucks if i brought in the whole bike and they have had to do everything. Now if i can just figure out what kind of vinyl or decals im gonna put on it....

Man, I remember you from a few other forums!! When you got your Busa, everyone gave you hell about a Hayabusa as a first bike. What happened? How many miles do you have on it?
