I ran across a busa trike a few months ago, and ended up turning around to follow him, stopped at a gas station and turns out he was paralized in an accident on a busa a few years prior, had some function but couldnt hold up a bike. I'd probably do the same thing if i was in that position.

Since a trike can't lean ... I wonder if they would be better off with a regular car rear tire ? ???

Can-Ams and Busa conversion trikes would be as close to a "Bike" fix as you could get if you had a disability ... for that reason , they are cool for those people .
