Swing arm tech.

I've heard of using 600-1000 swing arms on the Busa's. Are there advantages and disadvantages to this? Do they fit as a bolt on or is there modifications to be done?

I was comparing my 1000 to the 1300 and the obvious difference is in the bracing. The 1300 has considerably larger bracing. They both have the same inside width, overall length, and pivot bolt width.

Wow!! I would not want to touch a arm from a 600 or a 1,000 on a Busa. They are to light and would not hold the load under extreme running.

i agree. those arms might hold but might isnt something id like to try at wot in 3rd at over 100mph!

I've seen em many times. Most people who run them use them for drag racing cuz they are lighter but they usually underbrace them to handle the power of the busa.

Used mostly for racing.
Modified/lengthened and braced!!!
