Sunday Ride with Danno

I met up with Danno at my local canyon ride and we went to Malibu to scrub off some rubber. Sorry Dan I can't remember your friends name. (he has a GSXR 1000 and knee pucks with titanium brads in them that throw sparks when he puts his knees down!)...(The only way to see this is by chasing him so you know where I was)

Anyway, the pics:
It was cold, and when I got on the freeway I could see snow on the mountains in the distance. Can't see it in the pic though...

We stopped at the Rock Store for lunch, not many bikes, but I was getting a Coke from the display case, turned around and almost ran into Jay, ooops!  He was getting the hose to fill up his Stanley Steamer so we ran the hose down to his car...

We stopped back at the Rock Store before heading home after 125 miles of twisty stuff, and a group of "stunters" pulled up.  
This bike never got cold, the Wooly Busa!  The hair was blowin' in the wind!

So Tell me... When you go out riding, and your out in the twisties, you actually have someplace to go? As in the Twisties lead somewhere?

That's what I am looking forward to. Twisty roads that will actually lead to a destination, or to more twisty's...

Mostly it's twisties that happen to lead to a destination..."oh yeah, that road goes There, we can eat and get gas",...then off to More twisties.

Thanx for the pics Big O. I have a riding buddy of mine who has an R1 done in Tiger skin. Helmet matches also. Hate that poop, but I've been around it enough to get used to it.

Just got back from a 4 day weekend. Was fun riding with you and Richard (Mad Dog).

I didn't know you had a camera with you...

Do twisties have to lead somewhere? (they usually lead to straightaways that in turn lead to more twisties)
