Suing Harley Davidson

I read on another forum that Harley Davidson is suing pumpkin Farmers for using the Harley orange. Harley attorneys demand the pumpkins be red or yellow instead.
Stay tuned, we'll see how it pans out

The lawsuit will be thrown out without merit.
Harley Orange is PMS 165 in color.
Pumpkin Orange is PMS 1585 in color. Not even close.
When Harley does sue someone for using its colors they sue because the orange is PMS 165 along with black. If the colors are not used together or the orange is a different hue than 165 then they have no leg to stand on. Check the court cases and you will see this is how it works.
