I was posting a lot about my 750 in my Busa thread so I decided I should probably just make a thread for it as well.

So this is my 1997 GSX-R 750. I bought it 5 years ago from a friend and it has been through a lot since.

Here are some photos from the day I picked it up

I did a few minor things here and there like starting to get rid of the bulky turn signals for some Moto Gadget pins. I did the rear first ands then liked them so I did the same in the front.

Started getting rid of the ugly anodized bolts all over the bike for titanium

Currently I am working on fitting a set of 2006 GSX-R 1000 wheels on it. I have had them for a couple years but am just finally getting around to doing it. I sandblasted and Cerakoted the front wheel to see if I liked the color and I did. So, then I moved on to doing the gas cap, and started working on some other pieces this last weekend.

I’ve used a variety of lenses over the years. Some of the photos were taken using the 50 mm 1.4, 20 mm 2.8, 35L, and the 135L. Settings are all over depending on what I’m shooting and what the weather is like outside

Makes me really miss my srad...I hope to one day run across another one (or my old one as I keep an eye out for it on craigslist and such) and maybe fit a gen 1 busa engine to it like @B.Eskedal has

Got the front on the bike. I have new brake lines for it that haven't been swapped yet. Waiting until I can refinish the calipers at the same time. I'm thinking chrome on the calipers. I really dig these wheels on the bike though.

I have, both in it's 80's context (i.e. Kool Moe D's classic "Go See The Doctor") and it's contemporary positive use.
