Stock Steering dampener Mod ???

Can someone PLEASE post a link to this thread or tell me where to look? I've looked every where and cant find it BTW, Can you "mod" the 08 dampener the same way? Its looks different to me ??? Thank you

Very easy to do too, I put 10/40 in mine, enough to tell a difference.
