I had my bike all a part and when i put it back together it doesnt want to start.I check all the plugs and cables but nothing happens. If i by pass the ignition relay the bike will start as normal but when i press the starter botton it doesnt do anything at all.Any suggestions. Thanks

You got me on this one, I'm sure someone will shed a wealth of info...

If bypassing the starter relay starts the bike, I'd suggest getting out a meter and checking out all the safety interlocks, have a look at the circuit diag and check things like side stand switch, clutch switch, neutral switch, stop run switch and tps. There ate also 2 fuses in the startrt circuit.

Cheers
Ross

I'm having a prob starting my bike too, I'm thinking it's a fuse problem, don't have a manual though. Where is the fusebox located before I start tearing it apart?
