stalling

My bike has been stalling lately, i did notice the idle was quite low, like 500 rpms at a warm idle. So i asked the dealer mechanic about it, he thought the carbs or injectors would need to be sync'd? the bike has maybe 3500 miles on it? i did turn up the idle and its stopped stalling but should i still take it in?

500rpm is way too low! You need to be at 1,100 or 1,250.

Idle adjuster is under the tank on the right side.

Some 'Busa's seem to have an issue with the idle screw backing out due to vibration, leading to the low rpm/stalling problem.

It's been suggested by others on this board that putting a little loctite on the thread will prevent it from moving.

And no need to take the bike in to the service...You may need to bump the idle a tad higher...
