Latest is no anwswer to my e-mail. They did say last conversation that they will send out the sprocket next day. I was paying for 2nd day. They can not tell me whjen however.

Well Dave O got my wheels mounted got the EK chain on new front ChromMolly Sprocket. You guessed it back is the Alum RC sprocket, still not to be seen is the Sprocket Specialist Titanium. Not a word from these guys I will call them tomorrow.

My dad and I have 4-5 sprockets to order for some drag racing. Anyone know of another sprocket provider?

I'm standing by my previous statement, and taking my business somewhere else.

Good luck NE, hopefully this is just because of the exotic nature of the sprocket you ordered, but no customer service sucks. Keep us posted

Latest call to SS. At least it is a positve responce. They are looking into my e-mail. i had to call them which is not good, howevr in fairness they are looking at the facts bfoe they respond. i have already told them I have put on an Alum sprocket. We shall see if the resolve this for all of us , or we just add them to a business to stay away from. Let us hope they like our business.

I will give them a fair chance.  If not I will dump them. I still hope they will solve this problem to my satisfaction,and they become a good supplier for all of us.

Here is the latest the Alum/Titanium coated sprocket showed up today. It was next day air to get here before Friday. Troble is that was a Friday a month ago. They paid for the air shipping. no note no appology nothing. I hope they read this and will give them time to respond. Needless to say I do not think they will get the Ninja Eater seal of approval.

Finally received a responce from Sprocket Specialist,  I am just overwhelmed with the final results.

CASE CLOSED--- SO IS MY BUSINESS WITH SPROCKET SPECIALISTS

I think they thought I was kidding or bragging.  The only thing they did was over night shipping after a month of being late and they are the cause for extra cost to myself for re-installing another sprocket and delaying my first install.
